Design Narrative

The Kitchen
The market’s kitchen offers a variety of freshly prepared Mediterranean dishes made withhigh-quality ingredients sourced from the market’s own vendors.
Customers watch as the chefs prepare their meals in an open kitchen, turning service into aninteractive, engaging ritual rather than a transaction.
The menu spans classic favourites — hummus, falafel, shawarma — alongside lesser-knownregional specialties such as muhammara, kibbeh and manakish, cooked with traditional methods.

The Pantry
Beyond the kitchen, the market carries a wide selection of products from the Mediterranean:cheeses, olives, olive oils, spices and more.
Packaging gives every line a quiet shelf presence and lets the ingredient lead, while themarket’s staff guide customers through the selection and offer samples to taste before buying.

A social language built from the same pantry — produce, texture and colour, framed simply.

Out of home — the market’s billboard film, cut from the same pantry of colour and texture.
A neighbourhood market where the Mediterranean is something you walk into, not just shop from.
